To download a Facebook Reel, copy its link from the Share menu, paste it above and tap Download. Facebook Reels are short vertical videos, much like the ones on TikTok and Instagram. Many are reshared Reels from creators and pages you follow. To keep one on your device, copy its link and paste it into nzlny. You get the MP4, in HD when Facebook has it, so you can watch it offline or keep it for later.
How to download
On the Facebook Reel, tap Share and choose Copy link.
Paste the Reel link in the box above.
Tap Download and save the Reel in HD or standard quality.
Copy the link from the Share button on the Reel. In some versions of the app it sits under the three dots menu. The Reel must be public. nzlny does not log in to Facebook, so Reels from private profiles cannot be downloaded. If the Reel was cross-posted from Instagram, you can also use our Instagram Reels downloader with the original link.
Download Facebook Reels on iPhone
Open the Reel in the Facebook app, tap Share and then Copy link. Open Safari, go to nzlny.com, tap Paste and then Download. Tap Download HD or Download video and confirm. Safari saves the Reel to Files › Downloads; open it there and tap Share › Save Video to add it to Photos. If nzlny opened inside Facebook's own browser, tap Open in browser first.
Download Facebook Reels on Android
In the Facebook app, tap Share on the Reel and choose Copy link. Open Chrome, go to nzlny.com, paste the link and tap Download. The MP4 is saved to your Downloads folder and appears in your gallery. If you install nzlny as an app, you can pick it straight from Facebook's share menu and skip the copy and paste.
Download Facebook Reels on a computer
Open the Reel on facebook.com and copy the address from the address bar; links like facebook.com/reel/… and fb.watch/… both work. Paste it into nzlny and click Download. The file goes to your Downloads folder. You don't need to be logged in to Facebook as long as the Reel is public.
HD or SD: which file you get
Facebook often keeps two versions of a Reel. When it offers an HD file, nzlny shows a Download HD button next to the standard one. HD looks sharper but takes more space; SD is smaller and fine for sharing in chats. If only one button appears, that is the only version Facebook provides for that Reel.
Why a Reel won't download
Reels from private profiles, closed groups or close-friends lists can't be downloaded. The Reel may also have been deleted, or the link may be cut off. Copy it again from Share › Copy link. If a download button stopped working after a while, paste the link again to get a fresh one.
